Just on my way back from a work trip. I didn't quite finish all the way. I still have to hook up the faucet, hang the mirror caulk and touch up paint. I'll post pics when I get home!
Overall though- it looks so much better. I'm happy !
Ok I made a big push to get this done - but between Christmas stuff, my desire to accomplish at least one nap per day, and a work trip to Singapore, I didn't manage to get it totally finished. I'll complete the remaining stuff this weekend. So far, I think I'm pretty well under budget. I wanted to do it all for <$1000, and we wound up just reinstalling the same toilet so I think I'm pretty well under at <$700 spent for everything (including all the tools needed to tile).
Reminder of before:
I got the demo done, tile done, baseboards and threshold cut and installed, trimmed my window, painted trim, reinstalled toilet, installed floating vanity, bought all the bathroom fixtures and accessories except a new light fixture (faucet, mirror toilet roll holder, artwork, etc...) .
I didn't get home until super late last night, so these are just cell phone pics snapped to text my dad before I left - they aren't very good, but you can get a sense of the state of affairs.
Demo:
Drywall patched
Tile done:
Window pre trim (no windows in this house have any trim - isn't that weird?):
Window post-trim and toilet (though i still have to put on a different seat that I bought):
vanity kind of installed (mounted on the wall, but before drawers added)
