I was making a new stroganoff recipe for dinner tonight. By the time I finished making it, it smelled so awful I couldn't eat it. I had salad and cereal for dinner. At least H got to eat it.
Yes! I had so many smell aversions that I ended up mainly eating uncooked meals or things I could make super quickly. I remember the smell of boiling water and pasta made me gag!
Yup--less aversion and more 'eh, doesn't seem interesting/tasty anymore.' This is why I went from being organized/meal planning to being 'eh, it's 6, we should probably start dinner.' Then I make something simpler, which takes less time, which makes it more likely I'll actually eat it.
Yep. There have been times when I have started dinner and had to bail half way through. Onions are a trigger for me and almost every recipe I make has onions in it.
Yep, I've done it just about every time I've cooked dinner in the last month or so. Food from a restaurant is always great, but I think anything I cook tastes like complete crap. Boiled bowtie pasta with butter and salt, toasted bagels with cream cheese and smoothies are about the only things I can cook and eat. It sucks.

I had that problem when pregnant with DD. I have not had that issue yet with this pregnancy. There have been times when I could not eat the leftovers though and normally that is not a problem for me.
