I wore Bobbie Brown lipsticks for a good 10 years and she has discountined all the colors I loved

(Raspberry Shimmer, Kir, Plum Shimmer... and probably a few more.) I never really loved her lipstick formula, but I LOVED the colors. I went to the counter to purchase one and nothing excited me. So I'm ready to look elsewhere. Is it true that YSL is the bomb? I lean toward colors that have a hint of berry in them... and I'm looking for a creamy formula with long lasting color.
