Spinning babies has some great stretches. I also love Summer Sanders prenatal workout and the Shiva Rea Gaiam yoga DVD. The spinning babies stretches are great as you get bigger, they are supposed to help get the baby in the right position for delivery and it feels great.

I do 10 minute solutions prenatal pilates almost every day. The videos are on youtube. I also do the prenatal workouts from fitsugar from youtube, they are weights though.

I found a DVD from Target by Tracy Mallet called Fit Pregnancy that I really like. Its weights and light cardio. She focuses on strengthening your back to support the growing baby and arm exercises so you are strong enough to carry the baby after. Lot's of squats with turned out toes to strengthen your pelvic floor, and according to her speed up delivery. I do this 2 days a week.
I ran until 25 weeks and now use the stair master. I do this 3 days a week.
It's not specifically prenatal, but I am still running a lot. On off days I do stuff like high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts like the ones on the Fitness Blender channel on YouTube. I may start doing some lap swimming here and there too, so that if running gets too uncomfortable I can fully transition to swimming.

Thank you for this tip! I love pilates but stopped going to classes once I got pregnant (even though I know now that it was safe in the first tri -- whoops). I'm excited to try these Youtube workouts.
