I felt flutters at about 20-21 weeks and full on kicks and punches at 22 weeks.
I'm 26.5 weeks now and if I'm laying on my side and have my hand pressed against the side of my stomach, I can actually feel her moving around. Not just thumps of her kicking but actual movement and flips! It is pretty surreal.

I swear I started to feel something last week (16 weeks) but I can't say for sure. They feel like little light jabs in my lower abdomen and I mostly feel them when I'm sitting down and bent slightly forward, i.e. leaning/putting pressure on my belly. But it seems so early, especially for a first so I can't say for sure. I'm dying to actually feel real kicks though, my time has to be soon!
About 21 weeks I started feeling flutters that I probably wouldn't have known were the baby if not for reading on here. I have an anterior placenta, FWIW.
Even with an anterior placenta, I felt the baby fluttering consistently at 17 weeks and it became stronger very quickly. By 19 weeks or so, my husband could feel movement and we could occasionally see the baby move from the outside.

My doctor just mentioned that 20 weeks is average, so I could expect it soon. I can't wait to feel her (though I realize that may change around week 36 or so, lol)!
I felt twinges here and there from about 17 weeks onward but wasn't sure if they were the real deal. Last Wednesday, a day shy of 19 weeks, I was eating dinner and felt a succession of five or six bubbly/fluttery feelings that were undeniable movements. Since then, I've had a max of two flutters in succession, but mostly I feel one little flutter at sporadic times. I was holding my friend's baby this weekend and my own kid was flipping out -- lots of flutters. It was awesome.
That's great that your husband was able to movement so soon, IndiaInk. I am looking forward to that.
I felt the very first flutter at 14 weeks right after eating some rice. I know that's crazy early for a first pregnancy, but I continued to feel that off and on until 18-19 weeks and now it's more like discreet hits rather than the flutter. It's still only noticeable once or twice a day when I'm sitting or lying down.

I feel crazy, but I swear I felt something at 14 weeksish. I'm at 22 weeks and I'm still pretty confident that I felt the first movement that early. Anterior placenta and all.
I'm 17w3d and *think* I might have felt the baby a few times. It happens so quickly that by the time it registers and I think about it, I'm already second-guessing myself. Hopefully I'll get some hello kicks soon!
At 16-17 weeks I felt definite movements that were not anything I had felt before. It wasn't until 22 weeks I guess that I started getting really pronounced kicks and not just flutters and vague movements.
Around 16 weeks I felt some flutters that *may* have been baby. Around 19 weeks I felt definite kicks, and I have an anterior placenta, which means you don't always feel as much movement.
