I'm finally getting the time to post this now! My due date was today... but the baby had other plans! Our little guy arrived on Saturday :-) I started having contractions throughout the day on Friday, and by Friday night they were in full swing. I started timing around 2 a.m. And headed to the hospital by 5am when there about 4 minutes apart. Contractions were no joke, ouch!! I was having back labor so they were all in my back. I ended up getting an epidural cause I could not deal with the pain, it was a lifesaver!
My labor progressed pretty quickly throughout the morning, and by 2 p.m. it was time to push. luckily he was ready to make a quick entrance and I only had to push about eight or nine times. Our little man was born at 2:17 p.m. at 7.5lb :-) I have a tear, but other than that feeling pretty good. Be prepared for the amount of blood that will come on the days after birth! I knew there would be blood but I didn't know they be that much blood!
Breastfeeding has been HARD! I definitely had a few meltdowns and breakdowns and have been in a lot of pain. more than once I've considered giving it up. but we're trying to work it out and still sticking to it. due to some weight loss we are supplementing with formula in addition to breastfeeding.
I will update with pictures and have a chance to get to my computer later today.

Congrats!! Don't give up on breastfeeding... have you consulted with a LC? Have them check for tongue tie and proper latch and stuff. Hope it goes well!

Congratulations!
Get some help with breast feeding. IMO, it's the most unnatural natural thing in the world. Both you and baby are learning a new skill. I cried every time G needed to feed for the first 3 weeks I was so overwhelmed. Now I can do it one handed hanging from a chandelier. I hope things look up soon.

Thanks! I totally thought this would come naturally...ummm nope! We are keeping at it, and things are getting better, but still hard. It's always helpful to hear about other moms who have the same overwhelming breast feeding experience
