It's most likely just a phase. I've had that kind of stomach soreness occasionally, I think it happens as your stomach is stretching. You'll feel it for a little while, then it goes away.

I've had intermittent soreness at certain points, but I think I only notice it for a day or 2 and then it goes away. It does feel like soreness from doing crunches though!

It came in phases for me. I'd hurt for a week or two, then I'd be fine. For a while, I felt like I was being whacked in the crotch with a baseball bat. Not pleasant. Most likely it's just growing pains. Your body is growing to accomodate baby!
Talk to your ob/gyn. My belly button, specifically, started to feel very uncomfortable a few weeks ago. It turns out that I have an umbilical hernia. Waaaaa.

It kind of comes and goes for me. Shifting position helps. Taking a warm bath at the end of the day helps. Certain foods make me so bloated and I have figured out what a lot of those are and eliminated them and that helps. Unfortunately, sometimes nothing helps.
