I always swore my heels would be the last thing I gave up when I got pg - I wear 4" heels daily and have since I started my first "real" job out of college. But I gave them up around 12w. Lol They were gone before I was in maternity pants.
I'm a committed heel wearer too, but after I got the BFP, my OB took one look at my feet and told me to retire them for a while (I have a clot in my leg so support socks and flats have become a way of life...sexy!).

I wore them until about 26 weeks last time. I came home one day and my feet/legs were killing me and that was that. This time I SAH so I haven't had the need to wear them.

5 weeks or when the morning sickness took over my life. At 7 weeks I switched to sneakers at work cause I need the traction for sudden trips to the bathroom.
I tried to wear them at around 16 weeks when I was feeling better, but quit halfway through the day.
10 to 12 weeks for me. I started getting back pain as soon as the relaxin started kicking in so I didn't need anything else adding to that discomfort. I feel better now for the most part, but my back hurts if I do too much walking and steps in a day. I have a few super cute flats and flat boots that I wear all the time. I don't even miss my (large) shoe collection. Of course I'm 5'7", so I don't really feel like I'm missing out on the height anyway.

I wore them until the end with DD. I never had any swelling until after I delivered. My feet are already swollen at 16 weeks. I had to buy flats in a half a size bigger for a funeral last week.

I'm not a frequent heel wearer and don't have to wear them for work so I don't think I've worn them my entire pregnancy outside of a wedding and a formal work event. I kinda miss them!
I don't wear them as much as I used to anymore But I did cram my feet into them for a wedding at 35 weeks pg...and promptly threw on my ON flip flops about 30 mins into the pre reception cocktail hour.
Once it started getting warm out so probably 4ish months? My feet were starting to swell and I was just so warm that closed shoes felt too constricting. I did wear wedge sandals for my showers though.
i like in FL so open toed shoes are what I usually wear, mostly flip flops. I still wore heels to work until mid second tri, but they started to hurt so then I went to flats. Now my feet are so swollen all the time I can pretty much only wear tennis shoes, my uggs, and walking sandals.
I haven't worn them since before I got pregnant, but I will need to wear them for my sister's wedding in ten days. I will likely just wear them to the wedding, then flip flops for the reception. Except given all the snow they've been having in MI, I'll probably wear boots and then change, lol.
