comparing trip insurance

I am wanting to buy trip insurance. I am comparing policies on insuremytrip.com, but really don't know what I should be looking for. Besides the option to cancel for any reason(if I want it), are there certain features I should be aware of? It's a trip to Europe if that makes a difference.
