STMs: Holy crap I need maternity pants already!

I was so uncomfortable all weekend, even with the rubber-band-through-the-button-hole trick. I really need to go shopping and get some new pants. I think I'll do that this weekend, since I'm in my scrubs for work all week. I'm even thinking I'll need maternity scrubs since I doubt I'll be able to make my current pants work much longer.

Any other STMs experiencing things faster/worse than last time?

I started at like 12 weeks this time and that's bc I was begging my husband to get clothes out of attic. Probably would have worn earlier if he had gotten them down!

That's about when I couldn't stand the hairband method anymore either. The bloat was real. Thankfully a girlfriend let me borrow a tub full of her maternity clothes for work - I don't know if i'll ever go back. Holy comfy Batman. LOL.

I started wearing maternity pants at 9 weeks this time. I'm almost 13 weeks now and not a single pair of my regular pants fit me anymore, even unbuttoned. I can't get them comfortably up past my thighs.

I win, I gave in to maternity pants at 7 weeks. I started at 8 weeks with my first though. I'm short and I have a really short torso so my belly has nowhere to go but out. I swear though, I went to bed one night looking normal and woke up the next morning with a belly.

I bought a pair last night mainly because I eat a lot. Gotta accommodate all those Golden Grahams.

I didn't quite make it to 8 weeks. I've been showing about 5 weeks earlier than with DD. I'm only 16 weeks and have already had to retire many pre pregnancy shirts.

This post is making me feel better, lol. My pants were on the verge of not fitting pre-pg thanks to bad habits, and I know it won't be long... (I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow).

I started wearing maternity pants very early this time, I mean, I already had them, they are way more comfy than regular... Soooo why not!

It seems as soon as I got pregnant my hips instantly expanded and I could no longer get in my jeans

I can't wait till elastic wasted pants! I'm gonna hold out till 8 weeks if I get that far.
