Have you tried doing cat/cows to let your belly hang and give her some room to move around? I'm assuming she's transverse, then, right? Hopefully she moves so you can get more comfortable!
Good idea on cat-cows! I'm a peach and have early degeneration in my lower back so back bends often hurt worse than they help, but I can still stretch out and try to open up my hips. Maybe I will stretch back to child's pose.
Head down is good! Hopefully stretching will give her some room to find a better position for you. Good luck!
