Are you drinking enough water?
I know for a fact that I should be drinking more but honestly the going to the bathroom every 10-20 mins is killing me. During the work day the constant getting up from my desk breaks my concentration (I realize it's kind of a dumb excuse but hey, it's an honest one) and since I'm in meetings a lot of my day, it's also difficult to be constantly excusing myself out.
I do drink water during the day but not nearly as much as I should. When I get home I try to power through and drink a lot more but then I find myself with the conundrum of leaving my body to process all that water sometimes after bed time then I'm up during the night running to the restroom. :?
I realize I just need to suck it up buttercup and make sure I'm hydrating better.
Anyone else struggle getting enough H2O in? I am def feeling kinda guilty about this..

I'm not drinking quite as much as I used to before getting pregnant (about 100 oz a day) but I'm drinking at least 60-80 oz a day still. I was peeing every 5 minutes before I got pregnant with the amount of water I drink regularly, so I'm not going anymore than I used to.
I may be a non-healthy eater and infrequent exerciser, but drinking water is the only thing I am doing right. I don't like coffee, tea, or soda so when not pg all I drank was water or wine. Since wine is out, it's been all water all the time. Fortunately I like it a lot and drink it all day long.
Do you like the taste of water? If not, try flavored water. And keeping a glass within hands reach is key - the less work you make it, the easier it'll be.

This is what I've been doing today and i'm doing MUCH better as a result of it.
I'm at about 80z now. I had a GIANT bottled water at lunch and that helped also.

I also find that if I don't drink enough water I get a headache and get more constipated than normal with this pregnancy, so I try to keep that in mind when I reach for something to drink.
I've always been a huge water drinker, 9-15 cups per day. MS has made it impossible to keep up, though, because anything warmer than ice cold makes me feel sick. I know I'm dehydrated and probably making myself feel worse, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I'm hoping I'll be back to my old water-drinking ways soon.
I used to drink about a glass or two of water a day. Now I drink at least twice as much...clearly can't keep up with many of you though. I still feel like I pee a lot.
i am better on days when i am at work than days when i am home. i have a 32 oz bottle at school that i try to fill and drink before i leave for the day. then have 2-4 more glasses at home at night. on the weekends and the past few snow days when i've been at home i've been much worse about getting the water in. which might explain why i feel a little off lately, not quite sick but not quite right either.
I drink a lot of apple juice but I don't try to drink a certain amount. If I'm thirsty , I drink.
Haha! Hence the screen name?
I try to drink a lot of water regardless of how much it makes me pee. I got a couple of these Camelbak Eddy water bottles in the 1 liter size and I tote them around everywhere. I probably drink 3 liters a day from the water bottle, as well as other beverages. I guess I'd pee less if I limited my water intake, especially before bed. But since I work from home, it doesn't matter that much throughout the day.

For the last year, I've been in a really good habit of drinking a gallon of water each day. (I would fill up a gallon jug and take it to work each morning.) Since getting pregnant, it has taken me 2-3 days to finish a jug when I take it to work. With the amount of water I'm drinking before/after work, I still think I'm probably getting in enough water, but it's definitely a LOT less than before I was pregnant.

Yes! I've been drinking only water with ice in it! (Even taking ice to work in a cooler and keeping it in the freezer every day.) Such a strange preference change!
I don't drink enough water. I think I had a glass yesterday and 3 cups of rooibos tea and 2 glasses of milk. I am finding that water is giving me heartburn. How and why I don't know. So at the moment my main drink is skimmed milk.

Before and during pregnancy, I drink 120 oz/day. I use an app (plant nanny) to keep track. I try to drink the bulk of my water at work so I only have a glass or so after 6 pm and then I don't have to pee all night (just 2/3 of the night now ).
I have a 16 oz cup that I carry around with me. I find the straw really helps me drink more. Also I usually have a slice or two of lime in my water!
I suck at drinking water, but I try really hard. I asked for a new bigger water bottle for Christmas, which has been helping. And I make little rules for myself, like I need to drink a big glass before I leave for work in the morning. My contractions during last week's hospitalization were a bit of a kick in the pants that it's really important.
