I think somebody else on here had the same problem & the seller did send them a new one. I might be wrong. Mine had a bubble that fell off, but at least it was in the bag. I second the idea of filing a complaint with eBay.
It was me that had 2 bubbles missing and NOPE they ended up never doing anything about it. I actually made mine smaller so it didn't affect the necklace but I'm annoyed that thier customer service SUCKS!
He did say that I could order another highly dicounted necklace. I already have 2 didn't want another one. But may just do that....

Why would you order something again from someone who sent you a broken necklace and refused to send you a new one?

That stinks. I'd file a complaint too. I'd also want to leave negative feedback, but I'd be worried that doing that would make the seller not want to cooperate anymore.
