Can't get fever down. When to call it in?

I started feeling achy and off yesterday and probably started having a fever overnight. Finally got the energy to take my temp around 1.
It was 102 and I took Tylenol and it came down. Fever and chills started back around 5 and took another Tylenol, but still have fever of 101.8
I'm still eating and pushing fluids, so I was just wondering if there's anything else to do.

Aside from Tylenol & hydration, I'm not sure what else you can do. Definitely call your doc in the morning and keep an eye on your temperature.

OK, I called. She let me have a higher Tylenol dose and otherwise didn't seem alarmed. Thanks, calling made me feel better about the sitch. Now if I could just stop getting sick in the first place!

Hope you feel better soon. If Tylenol is not working I would ask if you can take ibuprofen.

Much better, thanks. I definitely turned a corner and no more fever. I'm spending the day resting, but I was able to get up and get dressed which feels like a great accomplishment.
