Everyone's told me that the first trimester is full of fatigue, but you get a magical burst of energy during the second trimester.
Well, where is it?
I am seriously at a point where if I work a full day, I get one additional activity. Yesterday it was vacuuming. Tonight it was spending an hour with a friend. After both, I've just felt completely ready to collapse.
Where is this magical energy I'm supposed to have??
I didn't have much fatigue first tri, but I still felt more energetic second tri. I'd recommend having your vitamin d level checked if you really feel like you are dragging. I took d3 + k2 and it made a big difference (I was d-deficient to start with).
I felt closer to normal rather than super exhausted like 1st tri, at least last time around. This time I'm still exhausted, but I'm hoping it will get better in a few weeks.
I haven't really felt exhausted ever but as of this week I feel more like me than I have in months. I have been to the gym, cleaned the kitchen, made dinner, and other responsible adult shit every night this week with out puking a single time. So it might get better the deeper into the second tri you get.
