I am super proud of all the work ML has put in so far! One more month to go and thankfully February is a short month.
I know you all are dreading the post super bowl weigh in. I suppose you don't NEED to weigh in but you SHOULD. If for no other reason than to see a huge drop next week.
I also want to give a shout out to HiC, I believe she is the only one not on my list. But she has been doing an awesome job of weighing in and losing weight! Go Hic!!

:'(Only down .4! I had a great week so have to keep on keeping on.
I did redo my weight and body fat percentage yesterday at the gym. This gets entered into the system we use to log food and my calories were reduced, so I think this week will be hard -- but, the weight loss will pick back up!
I've been trying to lose weight since sept 15 and have consistantly lost 1-2 pounds every week, even through the Christmas season. I started Atkins 2 weeks ago and this is the second week in a row that I've had a nearly 4 pound loss, even with DH out of town and not going to the gym once last week. At this rate, I'll hit my May 22 goal by early March!
Also, my weight loss has "inspired" my sister's family to join a gym. DH is also getting in on the act. We all signed up for a Zombie 5k in June. It's a mud run with obstacles with the added fun of Zombies in full make-up and costumes trying to grab one of six flags from your waistband as you run the course. If you finish with even one flag left in your waistband, you get your entrance fee refunded. Any Michigan MLer's want to join us on June 14 at Birchrun? There is a groupon for this today so the entrance fee is $30 instead of $60.
Also, DD's teacher from last year stopped me in the hall last week to tell me whatever I'm doing is working because I look great. HUGE reinforcement to get me back to the gym this morning to start working it again.
Down 1. Finally I'm at least moving in the right direction, especially since I didn't have a good weekend- we were out Saturday for dinner with friends and Sunday brunch with friends
Down .2 which I'm actually ok with. We had a Mardi gras Ball Saturday night and the food and drinks were flowing. I couldn't resist indulging, Back on track this week!
But I shoveled snow for 1.5 hours yesterday and am sore as hell today. The saddest part is that we are not done. Did I mention that I am over winter and snow?

Yeah, I almost cried when I had to to the basement to get my clothes this morning. And DH and I are attempting the 100 day burpee challenge and I have to do 3 today. I can barely bend over let alone do a burpee.
