Oh I forgot about this and it makes me feel a whole lot better. I'm so sore from a few too many squats. Sore like stairs make me cry. I bet this is what is going on.
Yeah, I almost cried when I had to to the basement to get my clothes this morning. And DH and I are attempting the 100 day burpee challenge and I have to do 3 today. I can barely bend over let alone do a burpee.

Um, down 2.8. I have no idea how that happened, other than getting sick on Saturday. Weird. I'm not sure if this is a legit loss or just dehydration, but I'll take it. HA.

This week I'm right back to where I started which I think means up 1/2? I can't remember where I was last week. I can't blame it on the Super Bowl but I can blame it on my brothers birthday: Chinese, cake and root beer!
Even though I'm up, I was really good about calories and going to the gym this week, even on Saturday which is usually when it falls apart, so I'm happy! I do feel like my weight has fluctuated a lot this month which isn't typical for me.

I HATE burped with a fiery passion! All the up and down makes me feel light headed and like I'm going to throw up.

I get dizzy sometimes too. I actually enjoy them because they are one of the "hard" exercises my fat, weak ass can do. Everyone at my gym laughs at me when I say I like them
Stayed exactly the same! Frustrating because I was down 2 before the weekend, oh well.
My goals this week are to track EVERYTHING and get at least 4 workouts in.

Ha this is me! I think I am going to start using my Friday's weigh-ins because I get rid of most weekend weight by Weds morning. Damn bad weekend eating habits, that should be the rest of Feb.'s goal to maintain all week!
On Friday I was down 1.5 (I think). My total weight loss since Jan 1 is 5.2 pounds which I am really pleased with and need to think that I can keep doing it and get off more weight!!
Down 1.5! I have been so good. Tracking all food and sticking to healthy stuff. I only had 1 bad day and instead of thinking all was lost, I just got back on the plan the next day.

I am super proud of all the work ML has put in so far! One more month to go and thankfully February is a short month.
I know you all are dreading the post super bowl weigh in. I suppose you don't NEED to weigh in but you SHOULD. If for no other reason than to see a huge drop next week.

I wish I could say it was because I've been eating right and working out, but the truth is I haven't been eating much bc I'm having big problems with my teeth. And I finished my period so the water weight is gone.
