When can babies eat foods that are made with milk, like Mac and cheese or scrambled eggs? DS is almost 11 months. Are you supposed to wait until 1 year?
6 months. "no milk" means "no replacing formula or breastmilk with cow milk" not "milk is bad for babies as an ingredient". The thing is more about how much salt/sugar is in whatever milk is in, too.

This. You're safe to give him food with dairy unit, assuming no dairy allergy.
He's had yogurt before. I always thought there was something about the proteins in regular milk that made it more likely to upset their tummies, and that the proteins in foods like yogurt are broken down more or something. Pedi said we could try eggs. He has a potential salmon allergy so no fish until we have our follow up appointment with the allergist.

Ditto. We gave Greek yogurt at 7 months and eggs at 9 months.
DS is almost 7 mo and he hasn't shown any allergies with foods we've introduced. Our pedi said we can give him anything except honey. We've been giving him pouches with yogurt.
