What does it feel like?
I had this pain in my back for the past week or so when I got up to go to the bathroom but I sort of just blew it off as stretching/things moving around, etc. I am 14 weeks pg. well today I have had it all day. It's in my lower back on the right side and goes from throbbing to shooting pains. I just called the on call dr and they said to go to the hospital. And I know I should. But ugh!!

I have. It was so painful that I couldn't walk back to my room, I had to crawl. I had pain in my stomach and directly behind that in my back. I hope you pass it soon if it is a stone! Sorry
I just had one (first time) a few weeks ago. I was 10 months pregnant. It was the worst pain I've ever felt - worse than labor. I ultimately was vomiting from the pain. Because I am pregnant and the stone was so big, I was admitted and had to have surgery to remove it. I felt almost back to normal 24 hrs after surgery though.
Glad you're getting checked out. Good luck! Hope you feel better
I had a stone in high school. Horrible horrible pain. The kind where you roll around and can't get comfy. I shouldn't have even driven myself to the doc
I thought I had a kidney infection when I got my BFP. Still not sure what it was since they didn't think I even had a uti and wouldn't address why I was really there (the back pain).
I had a kidney stone when pregnant with my first. I seem to have blocked most of it out of my memory. I went to the hospital and the ER doc was a certifiable dickhead. I was sobbing in pain in my back and he said "it's probably just pregnancy pains. You're going to have to toughen up and deal with it because it's only going to get worse." And then he was wrong.

I had stones, but never felt anything. My urine was bloody after exercising which sent me to the doctor (they were too big to pass, the bouncing around in my kidneys caused the hematauria). I had lithotripsy to break them up. Passing the pieces was no fun

I've had more kidney stones than I can count. The best test to keep in mind, when pain is in your back/flank, is whether movement changes the severity of the pain. In general, stone pain will not let up if you change position.
Adorable picture of your baby! Hope they can give you some relief from whatever it is!
