Visit all 7 Continents (even though a lot of countries teach that there are 5 or 6 continents) That used to be my big one , and after I completed that one, I was feeling kind of lost.
Current:
Visit 1 new country per year (where "country" is defined as "sovereign state")
Visit all countries with Portuguese as a national language It's such a diverse list, and I've already put a pretty good dent in it, so I'd love to finish this one. Especially now that I'm dating a native Portuguese speaker and learning a bit of the language.
Visit all former Portuguese colonies I don't expect to ever finish this one, but I like knowing that there will always be something to strive for. It was kind of disheartening to finish my big travel goal, because I felt like, "Now what?" This way I always have something to inspire me.

My travel bucket list is part of my overall bucket list. It mostly involves specific cities or attractions that I want to see, such as the great wall, the Galapagos, the everglades. It also has local experiences, like go to an Olympic Games, go to Rio during Carnival, New Orleans during Mardi Gras, etc.
My list is broken up into different categories: Personal Development, Financial, Sports, Languages, Music, Adventure, Domestic Travel, International Travel, Hobbies, and Contributions. I have over 200 things on my list, and have accomplished about 50. I keep adding to it, though, and I doubt I'll ever be finished.
We don't get to travel outside the US as often as I'd like to. One day we will though!
For now my goals are to visit several new places every year (typically within the US). With my H being military, this actually helps us see so many new places we might never have since we move quite often. Our goals this year center around seeing things around Montana we have yet to see, since we'll be leaving next year. I have a list of hikes I still want to do in Glacier NP and a few other places to knock off my list to see.
ETA: I'm a national park nut, so I'd love to see as many as I can within the US. I've done a few in Canada too so far.
Visit all 6 inhabited continents--these visits would include multiple countries per visit, if possible. Take my family on an extended international vacation when they're old enough to appreciate it.

I started a bucket list last year and I did it similar to this. I'm hoping that this is the year I really get started crossing things off.

Is your list typed up? If so, would you share? I would love to see it. That sounds so amazingly organized - I generally am just like, 'Oh, yeah, that sounds cool and I want to try that one day.'

It's so fun to cross things off! Although honestly I probably add things at the same rate. I doubt I'll ever finish everything, but it's fun to try!
My husband and I agreed to see (at least) one new country for each anniversary. We will hit 9 countries together by our 5th anniversary this year, so we are ahead of schedule.
I would like to hit every continent. I keep an ever-growing list of places I would like to visit.

No, I'm not a climber, but I love the mountains. I love hiking in their vicinity. Even just glimpsing the 7 is quite challenging, and there are a few other summits that are very difficult to see that I also chase (like Cerro Torre in Argentina).
So far, I have Denali (McKinley, in North America), Aconcagua (South America), Everest (Asia), and Mount Kosciuszko (Australia, although some claim that Kosciuszko is too small and it should be Puncak Jaya in Indonesia for the "continent of Oceania").
I still have Kilimanjaro (Africa), Mount Elbrus (Europe), Mount Vinson (Antartica), and Puncak Jaya left to go.
