I have several of these. Should I hang my head in shame as a baby gadget buyer?
#4 is a must have for travelers #7 is great but has had mold issues. I got rid of it and got a blend tech #9 never used it but seen it in the store and I just think it's a waste of $$ potential mold issues etc #11 we used it until DS was almost 1 yr old #14 does not work anything like the TV ads. Waste! #21 is great #23 we own but wont use until baby #2 gets here #26 came with our house - fantastic! #27 we love them but pricey!
Yeah, the bean bag is probably not very safe (SIDS risk). The folding crib I can't really tell -- I've seen things like that before that are just fine because they're firm enough. All of the other ones I've seen before, some people say they are useful and some look like a waste of money (the dancing shoes?!?!)
We have (or is being shipped to us right now) the Mamaroo, #11 and also have a wubbanub, #27. Most of that stuff looks really gimmicky and unnecessary, which I'm sure people will say to the two things I have off the list too!
I will say, if the nail buffer works, we should all get one - DH cut DS1's nails as an infant and clipped his finger and man it bled forever. DH was traumatized and wouldn't cut DS' nails for like a year

DD loved #13. It was really good when she was teething. I don't have #15, but I did have a diaper bag that attached to the stroller handles. I used that feature a lot.

I won't go into details but quite a few of those things look like they could potentially encourage irresponsible behavior on the behalf of the caregiver.
