It seems in general that where you are in pg is where you will be when nursing. You will have variation between when are you extremely full vs when you have just nursed, but in general you should be ok to look now. The change at this point (if any) will be in cup size, so if you feel a bit tight at this cup size you could try a size up and see if its not too loose.
Or even just a nursing tank or two. Then you don't need to know an exact size and you'll be able to wear it when you sleep. I never thought I'd be able to sleep in a bra, but nowadays I can't sleep without one.
I got tanks and bra's sized s,m,l.... My rib cage expanded while pregnant so I got some smalls (pre preg size) and some mediums (current), hoping it shrinks down.

I got one of these and LOVE it. The lady at Destination Maternity told me to get it in a size that fits me on the last (tightest) hooks now and I should be good. I am almost 32 weeks. Honestly, I wear it daily it is so comfortable.
I would only buy one. When I had ds, I totally ballooned out when I started nursing. Like my boobs became as big as my head all of a sudden!
formerlyak - was there supposed to be a link with your post? Or do you just mean a nursing bra in general?
And thanks for the tips everyone. I'm thinking I might pick up the Target one to hold me over at first, then get a nicer one from Destination Maternity once my boobs decide what they're going to do.
ETA: the Target one mae posted is out of stock at every Target within an hour of me and not available online...grr.
It's pretty similar to the Target one, but I actually like it better since it has removable pads, and the headlights are always on these days if you know what I mean. It gives me less of a uni-boob since it's more of a v in the front.

During most of maternity leave I just wore the nursing sleep bras or nursing tanks during the day. I waited until about a month before going back to work to buy real nursing bras so that I was assured of buying the right size.
I love my Bravado Body Silk bras. They are not cheap but I did get them for 20% off from Barenecessities.com. I would have been bummed if I bought the wrong size too early.
I would get a two pack of the nursing tanks from h&m. I am up to six now and love them. Great to sleep in and wear under other shirts. The target tank irritates me in different spots. They (h&m) have cheap nursing bras too, but I have definitely preferred the tanks. ASOS has a few nursing bras/tanks I want to try too.

How is the sizing on the h&m tanks? They only had XL in store so I need to order online but I don't know what size to get. I wear a small in the Target tanks.

Will these options work for super busty ladies? I was 34DD two months ago, already beginning to bust out of my 36DD... I typically have a terrible time finding tanks, and certainly can never wear anything with a shelf bra. I presume nursing bras are built to address this problem? I hope?!
