I found out that a bunch of baby products I ordered on Amazon on Monday that said "delivered" at 7:38 pm last night were not delivered and I have no idea where they are. I've been on the phone twice with both Amazon and the local shipping company they used to deliver these products, have been on hold for over an hour combined with each, and still have no answer. The shipping company says they were delivered, but both H and I looked all over this morning and no packages. They were probably delivered to a street over 2 miles away that is spelled similar to ours. I basically told Amazon to refund the entire order, even if the products eventually make their way to our house because I want to be reimbursed for all of this crap - how hard is it to deliver packages to the right address? We've had problems with this shipping company before and I told amazon I won't be placing anymore orders with them for a very long time. I was planning on buying almost all of my baby stuff on amazon to save me trips to target, walmart, etc. but after this I'd rather brave the store then deal with packages being lost again.

Yeah, there's one shipping company for them that tosses the boxes under a tree at the end of our driveway, whether it's dry, muddy, or underwater. Uh, thanks?
That sucks….but ultimately it's the shipping company's fault, not Amazon's. Just out of curiosity, which shipping company was it?
Yeah, I know it's not Amazon's fault in the end, I just hate that they continue to use this shipping company. It's Lasership - we've had problems with them before with Amazon orders - they will put the box in the driveway in a puddle, or will say they delivered something and not actually deliver it until the next day.
I was more frustrated with Amazon because I asked them to speak with Lasership and get back to me, and the lady wanted me to sit on hold while she sat on hold with Lasership. I had to tell her no because I'd already been on hold with Lasership for over 40 minutes and I couldn't sit on hold again for that long, so I wanted her to speak with them and call me back - she gave me a little bit of a hard time about that.
Sorry, I'm just having a bad week all around, this shipping crap kinda pushed me over the edge a little bit.
