15 weeks with my first and maybe 12 weeks with this one. I had to move to maternity pants a little sooner, but that is when I started looking more round.
I noticed it around 16 weeks, but most people didn't know around 21-22. It wasn't noticeable for a while - I was able to get by with pre-pg clothes for a long time.

I'd say I had something more then just my normal stomach fat at about 20 weeks. But I wasn't getting comments from anyone at that point. That took a lot longer!
i still don't think i am. i was about 20 pounds overweight going into pregnancy, lost about 12 pounds in the first trimester and am still weighing in below where i started. my stomach is getting rounder, but i was already wearing loose/flowy tops thanks to my previously mentioned surplus of 20 pounds. i have yet to wear any maternity clothes. my pants are just starting to get tight in the waist but the legs are pretty baggy because of the weight loss.
I feel like I am now, and I'm just wondering when I tell work next week if some people are going to have suspected. I probably just look like I've fattened up though, I don't think it's really a "bump."
I had bloat for awhile but it's just now getting noticeable. Like someone else said, in tight clothes it's pretty obvious but in baggy clothes I just look fat. People who don't know what I normally look like might think I'm just fat in tight clothes too. I told a coworker a few days ago and she hadn't suspected so I guess I got pretty good at hiding it.
First time, around 20 weeks. It showed up overnight.
This time? Like three seconds after I peed on the stick.
Ok, so I'm not the only one? I didn't really have bloat with my first, but this time - omg - it's crazy! And I already have that weird bowling ball feeling when I lean over to get stuff - especially at night.
I'm 13w and already have a small bump. It's noticeable to people who know I'm pregnant, since I'm reasonably slim and have never gained weight on my stomach before, but probably not noticeable to strangers. I feel like I started showing quite early, even though this is my first. Maybe it's because I'm only 5'3'' with a short waist, and also perhaps because the surgery I had back in August inflated my abdomen so the muscles had already been stretched.
I got my first strangers comment at 14 weeks last time. I showed early.
This time, while my clothes are getting tighter and at 9 weeks maternity clothes are more comfortable than real clothes, I think it is going to take a lot longer to show. I am carrying a lot of extra weight this time so its just going to look like I am getting fatter. From what I have heard most really overweight women only get a bump around 30 weeks, and then sometimes it is B shaped instead of D shaped. I really hope mine is D shaped.

One of high schoolers, who look at me way too much on a daily basis, asked me if I was pregnant when I was 7 weeks. I had a lot of bloat and was thin to begin with. That went away and they didn't confront me again until I was 10 weeks.
A stranger asked me when I was 20 weeks if I was pregnant.
At about 21 weeks I started wearing maternity shirts which I think make you look more pregnant anyway. (cinches, ties, ruching)
Depends on your definition of showing. I can still convincingly dress like I'm not PG since I'm carrying so low. On Tuesday I dressed in full-on maternity to emphasize my midsection and yesterday I wore mostly normal clothes and you would never have known.
With the right clothing, I can kind of fake a belly, but in my estimation, I haven't really "popped" yet. I just have jelly belly. I keep hoping my ute finally starts migrating north so I can have a real bump. I'm 20w and this is my first.

I told work at 18 weeks as I felt like it was starting to get noticeable and someone was going to call me out soon. My boss said that she was starting to wonder.
