If they're like my dad, around St. Patty's day. Or a few weeks later. I wish I was joking, but all it takes is ONE person stopping to tell him how much they love his Christmas lights for him to keep them up, and lit, for another few days. Or weeks. My mom actually apologizes to the neighbors.
We have one tree outside that still has stuff on it and our inside tree is still up. The ground is too wet to get a ladder up outside to undecorate the tree and honestly the inside tree makes me happy.
If the snow is all gone now, I'd be starting to wonder if something happened to the neighbor. Are there piled up newspapers in the driveway???
ETA for full disclosure: Our Christmas tree is still up. No ornaments, no other decorations. I've been swamped with homework and DH likes the tree and lights and hasn't wanted to take it down.
