I've never had one! I worked in an ice cream shop in college and I didn't like the way we made the soft shakes, so I just stick with ice cream in a blender.
Speaking of shakes, though, MH just texted me to see if I want to go to Shake Shack tonight. Either that or barbecue. Decisions decisions.
I have never had one either. I am afraid to try one because I think I will like them too much and want one every day. Burying my head in the sand......
Someone posted last year about some special "recipe" that you're supposed to ask for when you order these. I think it was something like mixing chocolate and Shamrock shakes together?
OOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! This post gets better and better!!! Really?!?!?! Can I really ask for that?!?!?!
They've been out since the beginning of February here. I took a picture of the sign at my local McD's the day before the Super Bowl and sent it to my cousin who loooooves Shamrock Shakes.

And all it took to get H to buy me one was getting my wisdom teeth pulled.
What are you up to today?
I hope you used a spoon or drank it straight from the cup. DON'T USE A STRAW AFTER HAVING YOUR WISDOM TEETH REMOVED.
It's a big no-no. It can make you bleed, A LOT.
Not that I would know, or anything. People make bad decisions while hopped up on painkillers, OK!??!?!
Don't worry I used a spoon.
I went to hand my husband a spoon too and he jokingly said "hell no kid, just because you can't use a straw doesn't mean I can't eat this the right way"

Shamrock shakes are my favorite. I always get one every year and also an Eggnog shake in December. The chocolate shamrock sounds good, but I really want to lose 10 lbs, so I will stick to one and get the traditional.

I loved them as a kid and got one last year for the first time in years. I was a little disappointed. Mixing it with chocolate does sound amazing though...
