Anyone up for an impossible dress search for me?

I'm a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding and I need to order a dress. There are just 3 of us and she just gave us the following criteria: Pastel (I have green or blue, any shade of those but it has to be light- light blue, mint, aqua, spring green, etc), Short (I'm only 4'11" so anything near or above knee length is fine. rarely are dresses too short on me lol), and the wedding is a vintage country kind of look (i.e. outside in a barn, lots of lace with burlap and natural outdoorsy and vintage accents). So she asked for something that matches that like lace or chiffon, nothing satiny or real structured if that makes sense. 

I'm fluffy and have the baby weight hanging on and a pretty epic c/s pouch, so nothing super fitted like a sheath dress. I would prefer some sort of sleeves if possible, but I can't find anything so far. I can always do a shawl/cardigan thingie if I have to, but I would REALLY prefer to find something with at least short or 3/4 sleeves. 

Budget under $150 probably, preferably less.

ETA: I MIGHT be able to do a different color if I found something awesome, like a lavender. Pink is definitely already taken and I can't think of another color that would look good on me. 

ETA AGAIN: I can't commit to a sleeveless dress unless I can find a super cute cardigan or something that I don't have to worry about keeping wrapped around me like a shawl since the kids are going to be running around.

I really like that! I like the sleeves. I like all of the others, but not having to mess with a shawl or something would be a big plus. Unless I found a super cute cardigan or something that I just HAD to have that I wouldn't have to worry about keeping wrapped around me like a shawl since I'll be juggling all the kids too.
