Wait about another month and you should start feeling better. Not great, but it's improved for sure. If you have the luxury of being able to nap, DO IT.
I'm not a day napper at all but yesterday I woke up around 10:30 (that's practically mid-afternoon for me!!) then I decided to relax and read around 12 because I wasn't feeling well. I fell asleep and didn't wake up again until after 3:30!!! I slept practically the whole. damn. day. Then I was in bed by 8.
I feel better today, thank god. I got NOTHING done yesterday so today I'm busting my ass to get all the cleaning/laundry/grading done before Monday morning! I think some things just aren't going to get done. I'll probably have to change my expectations of what weekly housework I can accomplish until this TIRED goes away.
Oh man, 3pm was my trigger time too, lol. Like I could tell without looking at the clock that it was getting close. I cant see your ticker but I think you're a couple of weeks behind me, right? I'm 11w3d. The total narcolepsy lifted last week for me. Yesterday, I got up at 8 and stayed up till MIDNIGHT with NO NAP. I was amazed (caffeine was admittedly involved, lol, I forgot cream soda has caffeine). I'm dragging a bit today, but still feel human. Hang in there a bit longer and you'll find some energy again!
