I'm having a heck of time trying to find work appropriate maternity clothes. I have a lot of looser fitting shirts that will carry me through the next several weeks, but I need dress pants ASAP. I've been using the Belly band since around week 9, but I hate how lumpy my belly looks in it. I normally wear an XS/ size 2, and am on the border of petite and regular length pants at 5'3. I have one pair of pants from Motherhood I like, but they are only available in my size in black. Old Navy and Target also only had black dress pants available as well. I'm hoping to find a tan and gray pair, but anything other than black will do. Any suggestions?
Most of mine came from the Gap. I bought their skinny pants and a pair of the boot-cut trouser pants, both of which have been awesome so far. Both run long in my opinion. I only have black, but it looks like Gap has some in gray.
I also bought a bunch of dresses, maybe too many. But I have a thing for wrap dresses, what can I say?

The 3 pairs of work pants I have are from motherhood maternity. 2 black and one grey pair. They had petite sizes and weren't too expensive. The quality isn't great and I don't see them lasting much longer than one pregnancy from being worn so much but they'll do.
Tops are awful to find! I have bought a few a size or two bigger. I went to Old Navy today & their tops suck. Luckily I don't need them right now, but I'm going to need them soon.
A fellow 5'3" person here - I got frustrated with only finding black pants at Motherhood/Pea in a Pod in petite length, so I ordered a pair of gray from Gap and bought some average-length navy and pink pairs from Motherhood that I had tailored. For tops I basically just bought some solid color pieces from MM/PiaP and wear them with my normal blazers. I just bought a wrap cardigan from H&M Mama too.

I really likeed my Loft pants last time. They are great quality and held up well. They always seem to have 30-40% off sales. I had a black, a tan, and a brown pair and just rotated those with dresses. Well worth it.
J crew now has maternity pants as well. They may have petites.
Ann Taylor Loft has some nice maternity clothes for work. I don't know if their pants come in petite sizes (I know most of their jeans don't) but you may just need to get them tailored to fit in length. Their stuff can be kind of expensive, but if you go to their website and create an account, you'll get (multiple) daily emails with in-store and online deals, sometimes as much as 40% off.
My black and gray work pants came from Kohls...I freaking loved those pants. Their maternity departments tend to be on the smaller side and can be inconsistent between stores but those pants were a great find for me.
I got some pants from motherhood maternity and some skirts from there too. I am the same size as you (but only 5'2). In motherhood I bought the petite length and I think size Small. They also do XS but with the size small they still fit me in the third trimester. I feel like size xs might not be fitting me any more at this point though in the 2nd tri they would have been fine. Petite length is fine but I don't wear high heels. I have a couple pairs of work pants from target also but they are very long.
