Kind of expensive, but we're getting Zoe one of these. www.amazon.com/Strider-Sports-ST-3PK-ST-3-PREbike/dp/B004Q2V3HW/ She's extremely short, but when we took her to the bike store, she was able to push it around and steer it. She can't figure out pedals yet, and her legs are so short, she can't reach them anyways, so we figured we'd go with the tiny training bike with no pedals.
Brady has a scooter that he loves! I thought about getting him a bike but this fits in my trunk easier since we love in a townhouse we have to go to the park for him to ride it or the boys I nanny for house
He also has a big wheel at Nanas house but he just barely reaches the pedals so he just scoots across.
The boys I nanny for have those 3 in 1 tricycles where the parents push. He just started to pedal along while I push from behind.
We got Gavin a strider bike that he'll get for his birthday.
I just ordered William's. Now I need to find a helmet for him. I think that he'll have to come with me to pick it out because he had a large head and I'm guessing is out of toddler sizes.
For some reason Maggie hates to scoot (which is a shame since she got the Scootabout for her bday last year) and is obsessed with trying to ride a mini bike w/training wheels at playgroup, so we'll probably be getting a trike soon. I really want the Schwinn Roadster one.
We also have a 4 in 1 tricycle that she got last year for her 1st birthday. She loves it! We have only pushed her in it but I'm going to unlock the pedals this spring. She short and not very physically adventurous so this will work for her. The balance bikes look really cool though!

P is getting a Radio Flyer balance bike for her birthday. She will also have the option of riding B's tricycle after we get him his bicycle with training wheels for his birthday (early present so he has more time to use it).
We are terrible parents, we are getting Kalvin a new trike (we don't think he's ready for a bike yet) and giving his 3-in-1 trike to Katelyn. We have to find one that allows more leg room for his long legs.

I took a look at the reviews and OMG, one person was way over dramatic, Xmas morning was RUINED!!! All because Mr. Dumbass couldn't figure out how to put it together and then the child couldn't fit it and a bear and doll use it now.
H bought M a trike with a push bar at a garage sale for like $2 last summer for him to learn on. He likes to sit on it and pushes it around with his feet, but cannot figure out how to steer it or work the pedals. He looks adorable on it though. I'll pip later if we get out to play today.
