I am also going to attempt to cut sugar :? I ordered the 21 day detox book and it should be here tomorrow. DH said he will help me and try to remember that if I get nasty it will only last a short time
I ended up down .4 - but I really got off my game in January. DH and I are on a mission together, so I am hoping to do a bit better for myself in the next few months.

down 2 more lbs. Officially overweight instead of obese and finally below my pre-pregnancy weight. What's the saying... 9 months on, 18 months off? I think that's how it goes.
I'm up 1.8 from last week (lame) but lost 4 lbs since the start. I'm definitely staying at it - when I am diligent about eating healthy, the weight comes off. Easier said than done though!! But I just have to do it

I was NOT expecting that. The last few days have been spent sleeping, waking to eat a full meal and tool around a bit on the internet, and then sleeping again, 5-6 times a day. Also, I really have to poop, and I may be chickening out.
Things may survive now that I've been reminded of this.
