On January 6th, ML weighed 32,176.4lbs. As of March 3rd, ML weighs 31,467.62lbs. Ladies, that is a 708.78lb loss!

I went down 1.4! woohoo! Even though I did go up a small amount on week (it was water weight), I am counting 6 weeks in a row of having a loss. I've lost 6.6 pounds since we started the weigh in. I'm pretty happy with that!
Now on to next week. Hopefully I will still go down. My weekend hasn't been great. ( I weigh in on Thursday with WW. That is the weight I use for this weigh in.)
Well done everyone. I've lost 1.2 lbs this week. It's a bit of a shock as I haven't been doing as much as I thought I should. Guess my body needed the cold to take a break...
I was disappointed that I've failed at yet another attempt after such a strong start so I was going to drop out. I'm posting right now while exercising before work. This has happened a grand total of NEVER in my life. I'm going to try for 4 AM workouts this week.
I lost 1.8 pounds this week. So, close to a rack of baby back ribs.

This weekend was challenging with preparing food for Logan's birthday party and ordering cupcakes and making chocolates, etc. but super rewarding when I got many compliments from friends and family.
When they said "you look great" I answered, "I'm happy!"
So keep it going everyone. I had given up but celebrating my kid's 5th birthday a healthier me, is the best present I can give him. I'm sure it'll help me be there for him longer.
