She has anti-informatory meds and if they don't make her any better they will prescribe her narcotics to help for pain. You can't even touch her lower back , poor puppy
My trainer in college had a corgi that had this, he ended up getting wheels for his back legs because he couldn't walk anymore.

He actually loved his wheels, and lived happily for a few more years. I think they did some kind of nerve block so he wasn't in pain. He had two sets of wheels, house wheels and barn wheels. The barn wheels were a little heavier duty so he could still follow Art into the arena and not get stuck in the sand.
So sorry. My dog wasn't diagnosed with anything but he has back issues as well. He's 9lbs, and we bring him to a doggy chiropracter every 4-6 weeks or so. It has helped, but his back still twitches and curls with some movements and he struggles with stairs sometimes, but we always have pain meds on hand for when we can tell he's hurting.
