You guys, Cut the manager some slack. If she rang up the toy, frkls would have had to actually keep it (which I'm guessing she didn't want to do or she would lose the lesson she was trying to teach). And she couldn't have kept the money, that would also have been theft in a way, since it was intended to pay for store merchandise. She did the right thing. It worked out well that there was a donation by the door.

Anyway, I'm glad it all worked out, and I'm sure he won't do that again.
