Call the school. I know in our area the schools take it very seriously. They will send out letters even just mentioning a possible suspicious person in the area.

How are you finding out about this if the media isn't reporting it? Is this common knowledge in your neighborhood?
There is a moms page on FB.
The PD doesn't have any social media, nor does the town, but one officer's wife on on the mom page and she gives updates. This was her last post:
My husband and the Chief of police discussed this matter today and are planning a course of action. All incidents have been reported after they have taken place (some hours later) and nobody has gotten a license plate yet. Don't take that the wrong way - getting to safety is top priority, but more info would be helpful. I hope the home video offered helps and the description from a girl today is VERY detailed. Keep on the lookout for this creep.
So, not helpful. And ps, I called police the second it happened.

JFC. That is really scary and so annoying that they seem to be blowing it off. I'm so sorry, missusbee.
It is, but I'm not surprised. This was our experience last summer too. "Well the burglar was Gone on Arrival, so, *shrug* too bad". Even when the cp cruiser came out for me on Saturday, she started out by making excuses, talking about shift changes and "oh well".
What pisses me off the most is the shift to blame these kids for not getting plate numbers. Like, WTF. Whether victims of crime gather evidence or not, you're still responsible for investigating or at least notifying the community of what's going on so that people are prepared to help and protect themselves.
I would be livid the cops were not taking this seriously. WTF? Some creep is following women and little girls and pulling out his penis! It is even scarier that it wasn't one isolated incident, but now three times in the exact same area. He will be back if they don't do something because he thinks he can.
