Even with my history of GI problems, I'd call now. They should be able to give you some ideas to help, or tell you if/when to come in. I hope you feel better soon!
I don't think you ever answered my question and it's okay if you don't want to, but if you don't have a Bentyl script, you need to ask for one. And if your doctor won't give it to you, you need a new GI. I'd almost be inclined to say you need a new GI if they haven't volunteered to give it to you.
Any signs of dehydration? If not, I don't think there's much your doctor can do for you.
This is what I was thinking honestly.
I don't think I'm dehydrated. Maybe?
If it were me, I'd drink plenty of fluids this weekend (maybe even add a pinch of sea salt to some water) and wait it out. I'd eat a bland diet over the weekend. Then if it still hadn't gotten better, I'd call Monday morning.

I've never heard of it! I have a pill I started taking for acid reflux, I have Linzess I take when I need to poop (so 2 - 3 times a week, the irony right?) and I have a pill I take as needed for colon spasms.
I'll have to look into Bentyl. Up until yesterday I've had months of constipation. I don't think I've pooped this much since I had gallbladder issues
Until yesterday, when had you last had a good poop? This could just be month of constipation relief. Though I would still call because you don't want to get dehydrated.

Does this feel like when you have bad bowel related to Gi stuff in the past or different? It could be a bug.
Same in that the pain is in the same spot. Different in that I feel like a gremlin is doing gymnastics in my belly. And I swear I can feel my colon spasming like crazy
Poor thing. the other night I had such bad gas while pooping pains, i was doing my labor breathing. It was ridiculous.
I know this is all TMI, but there is something nice about meeting people that understand GI issues.

That's Bentyl. Take it!
Yep, this would be an "as needed" time haha... get that in your system.
Bentyl is dicylomine. I've never found it to be very effective - I honestly couldn't tell if I took it or not based on my symptoms. Maybe ask if there's something stronger than bentyl? or just a stronger version of Imodium?
