I need help from someone who is good at making signs

I'm in charge of the clothespin game at the bridal shower I'm going to this weekend and I *just* realized I didn't so the sign yet.  I basicallly a luddite.

Would some please, please, please make me somthing like this?



Except I want the background of the sign to have swirly thingys or flowers or something.  And the words to read: "wedding" and "Mike".
