I have cystic acne and am going to try eliminating dairy to see if it helps my skin at all. I have a serious question though - what do you use in your coffee? I like my coffee like I like my men - weak and pale ( ) and use fat free half and half and a splash of Coffeemate, but don't want to use a ton of Coffeemate as a replacement because of all the calories. What would be a good dairy free option? Soy milk doesn't seem like it would have the creaminess that I like about the half and half. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I actually found that once I was off dairy, I didn't care for the taste of creamer in my coffee. But, on the off chance, I would just use whatever replacement milk I had on hand (soy, almond, etc)
