I use less cleaner than I would for other surfaces, and a soft cloth until it's dry. This hasn't left streaks thus far. I clean more like polishing furniture than wiping countertops. I use Mrs. Meyer's Countertop spray because a) it smells amazing and b) the previous owners left us a bottle and it saved me from going to the store for yet another thing the first few weeks were here.

Use any granite and stone specific cleaner.
What type of stone do you have and what are you using it to clean it now? Sometimes using a regular cleaner like windex or Clorox type spray can take the the sealer off the top unevenly. If you stick to granite cleaners you should be fine.
