Oh, you poor dear. I've gotten food poisoning three times in my life (I swear I don't eat super shady food, either!) and it's the worst.
Make sure you give yourself plenty of rest and just try sipping fluids - tiny, tiny sips - to keep yourself hydrated. Become best friends with Gatorade and/or Pedialyte. Also, Pedialyte pops, and very bland food once you're able to even think about food again - saltines, bananas, plain rice or pasta (not whole grain).
