1. Her HAIR is FINISHED. It's...brown.
2. Daughter McWindbag is a CHARACTER. March 6 Had to go downtown and order a part for the radio in my car, or should I say the cd play that was in the focus that is now going in the Jetta. Walmart doesn't carry that harness to hook it up. The went to Store's to get guitar picks for the kids to play their guitars. DD and I went to the store to get some groceries. She even helped pick out some of the food. We got some hummes, the kids and I love it. She picked the flavor. She picked out fruit and trail mix. Might have to go back since we got daddy's cookies, but not his M&M's he wanted. unless i decide he can live without them or go get them himself. lol! Now to get the groceries put away and wait for DS's bus to come. Have a good afternoon everyone!
March 8 What a crazy daughter I have. She got herself a handful of pretzels and I looked over at her and she is sticking them between her toes. Seriously I have weird children! Have a lovely day everyone!
3. Boring has a fevah. March 9 So excited for next weekend. Get to hang out with 3 awesome ladies and a wonderful little girl. Maybe girls if my mom doesn't take the kids to Cabelas. My hair will be finished. So excited for a girls day out and girls night in. We are celebrating 3 of us turning 30! Although I have 29 days until I do. I have a feeling this week will go slow because we are all excited for having fun!
March 9 I'm so loving it being 6 pm and the sun still visible. Now if it would only warm up a bit. I would like to start training for the 5K that I'm determined to do in May, and so the yard will dry up and the we can be outside. There is no way I will be out there right now with our yard terribly muddy. The dog drags enough of it in. Have a good evening everyone!
March 9 Holy smoke! Sitting here chatting with my bff and just realized it is like 2 years shy of us meeting 20 years ago. From the time her mom took me in to clean up my knee after falling off my bike in stones along the road in our old neighborhood we have been inseparable. Even when we don't talk for days, weeks, months we can pick up where we left off as if we just seen or talked to each other yesterday. Now even our kids are best friends with each other. I don't know what I would have done with her in my life. She is the sister I never got to have. She is my rock. She is one of the best supporters to stand behind and me and push me to be the best I can be. I can genuinely say we have been friends forever. Thank you for being my best friend all of these years. You truly are the best! I love you as a sister always and forever!
Yesterday Wishing that everyday would be like today. I would take down the plastic on the windows if it would stay like this. It was nice to open the sun roof and roll down the windows in the car while I took recycling over to the bins and stopped at the store.I did turn the heat off for the time being. Just hate that they say there will be snow again in a few days. ICK! It's time for it to be spring and have nice spring weather and pretty flowers.
4. Seriously, guys. She might be getting sick. March 7 Thinking I might be getting a sore throat. How lovely. Just going to go with the flow of it. No use fighting it if it will come anyway. Have a wonderful sunny evening everyone!
5. Also, her husband does NOT have the fevah, and is an asshole who jacks the what. Yesterday Hubby walks inside and says it is too hot in here. Says turn the heaters off. The same heaters that have been off since just after he left this morning. Then tells me to open a window. The same person that has to jack the what to almost 90 when it is 30 degrees outside wants a window open when it only maybe 50 degrees outside at the moment.

So, she came home, put the groceries on the counter, and immediately had to post this thrilling Facebook update, before actually putting the groceries away.

We have this on one of our windows (a hundred year old single pane stained glass window). It really does help keep it warmer and is cheaper than putting on storm windows. If I had super drafty windows or just wanted to be more serious about saving money I would do more windows. Someday H is going to build a storm window cover for the outside of the stained glass window and we won't need film.
