At around 13 weeks, my cat started sleeping directly next to my face 5 nights a week. She would start the night at the end of the bed in her usual spot but then moves up to my pillow in the middle of the night. She'd never do in the past and doesn't do it with my husband. She knows!
My dogs don't leave me. They rest their heads on my bump, then get kicked by LO My Aussie needs to sleep like she's spooning with me. She's so comfy to cuddle but so warm.
Yes! My dog has been so cuddly, in hindsight even before my BFP. He always has to be directly on my stomach, which is often uncomfortable for both of us! He's also a little more protective when we go on walks. Not aggressive, just preemptively barky at air and trees.
My older dog has always been my little shadow so it's hard to tell if she's ramped up at all. Our younger dog is very shy and usually a total daddy's boy, but he's been super excited to see me recently. We got home tonight and he ran to me for pets and scratches. I think I'll be better able to tell when I get bigger/slower.
My little dog is attached at my side like glue. Tonight he found me in bed & hasn't left. I roll over he climbs on my side. I lay in my back he lays right beside me. Every night he sleeps tight up against my legs.
He has always been my DH BFF so this is strange. Anytime I've been preg he has gotten super clingy which was a clue to me. I've also had a lot of health stuff over the past year & he has been clingy. It's strange to see him get clingy during rough times. When my health is good he goes back to DH. I think with the preg it's more of a protection. He wants to make sure I'm ok.
The crazy guy lays outside of the bathroom waiting for me. I think this is preparation for when I have a 2-3 year old sticking their fingers under the bathroom door asking when I'm coming out LOL

My 70lb Husky/Shepherd mix spent the first 6-8 weeks trying to sleep on my head, or directly up against me. I have since convinced him to sleep on the floor of my side of the bed, or at the foot of the bed. (Truthfully I think I got to warm for him to stick around, rather than actually convincing him, lol.)
He does still follow me around everywhere around the house. Which is fun when I make 10-15 trips up and down the stairs doing laundry. It's cute and I am convinced he knew before we did.
I have 2 cats and a dog. One of my cats has taken to sleeping right beside me regardless of whether the dog is close/not. The other cat likes to be around me more but not on top of me.
My dog has always been very gentle with me. She will play with H but not really with me. She goes to me for cuddles. My dog follows me pretty much every where and even knocked my H out of the way last night to get to me when we got home. She comes and rests with me and is always so snuggly.
