I've been wanting closed toe nude patent pumps for years and have been passively searching. In the 2nd hand market, they're not super common, I think because people are still wearing them. I recently received a $100 coupon to Saks, plus I'm thinking of cashing in some of my consignment selling credit money, plus using Ebates, and getting a nice pair. My favorite style of basic pumps is the Louboutin Decollete (I have it in black), but I don't want a flashy red sole on a nude shoe. What do you think of either of these? Does anyone have them? Also, any other recommendations? I want an almond toe...neither too pointy nor too round, no platform.
Anyone know how sizing runs on either? I've never worn Choos before.
Generally you have to size up in Italian & Spanish made shoes. Choo's don't fit me as well as MB's. I would go try both of them on. I actually tried a pair of Choo's, Stuart Weitzman and LK Bennett nude patent pumps over the summer and went with the LK Bennett just for overall fit and comfort. Report back with what you end up with!!
I don't have experience with either, but from the pictures I give the slight edge to the MBs. I think they might compliment your skin tone better as well.

From the pictures I like the Choos better. I think you're best bet is to try them both on. I have issues with nude shoes being too pink, being too ivory, etc. In terms of comfort, it really depends on your foot and the style of the shoe.
I can't really say why but I like the Choos better. You can't really go wrong though.
Same here. Something about the shape is ever so slightly different. I can't put my finger on it either, but I also prefer the Choos. Definitely try on both though!
