I have been having some nystagmus (I can tell my eyes are moving back and forth when I read).  I can't find any information about this online but am concerned it may be a sign of preeclampsia.  I have some dizziness this morning which I know is normal for pregnancy but combined with the vision problem has me concerned.

I would call as pre-e at this point is super dangerous and definitely falls into the better safe than sorry category IMO

Definitely call. Can you take your BP? Maybe even at a pharmacy? Do you have a headache? Always call if you're concerned about pre-e.

Agree with pp. Go! Take care of yourself and that itty bitty. Hope it is all fine though.

I took my bp 108/60's I think I am fine I am thinking it is increased occular pressure due to increased blood flow.

No headache. Dizziness is gone. I think I am going to wait it out.
