I'm 19w4d. Woke up this morning feeling thirsty and had a glass of water. Promptly felt severely nauseous. Crawled back in bed, doesn't get better, nibbled on a saltine and had some seltzer water. About 3 hours later I threw up. Felt mildly better, tried a little more seltzer and a couple more nibbles of saltine. Threw up again about 15 minutes later. No apparent fever or chills and we all had the same stuff for dinner, no one else is having issues.
I just had evening nausea first tri without any vomiting, so I'm not sure if this is m/s come to haunt my 2nd tri or something else
Don't eat after you puke. When your body is in puke mode (like with a stomach bug) its trying to keep every out until it can calm down and reset. Even if you drink a little it may throw that back up. You really want to wait until you feel hungry or get thirsty - and even then you wanna do like ice chips and maybe a cracker and wait and see an hour or two before you have more.
Can't say what it is but I agree that w/o a fever, constant puking/dry heaving, you are probably ok to be in a wait and see mode.
Same thing happened to me last pg, btw. Got a 24 hour bug that no one at my work or family got. PG people have immunosuppression so we can get illnesses everyone else's body wont get or wont get to the same degree.

Thanks everyone . Feeling better now, and let's just say recent events have confirmed for me that this is GI- related and not baby-related. I'm grateful at least that it was kind enough not to hit both ends at the same time.
