I would call if hits 100*. I got the flu around 16/17 weeks and I think this was the advice my ob's office gave me. She also said that getting a fever after 1st tri isn't nearly as bad as early on in pg, since baby's organs are mostly fully developed. That made me feel loads better.
Hoping you get the more mild version of whatever your little one gave you!
my doc's paperwork says over 100 uncontrolled by tylenol for over a few hours. i had a cold with fever early on, it would hit 100 but come down 30 minutes after a dose of tylenol and the nurse i talked to said that was fine but any higher or not coming back down was a trip to urgent care.

Take Tylenol! I ran a fever a couple weeks ago with a stomach bug and it spiked at 100.5 for a little bit, but when down and hovered at 99. My midwives recommended tylenol if it crept up again and as long as Tylenol worked I didn't need to worry.
I'd take the Tylenol at 99.. elevated body temperatures are not good for the baby. My MW said to keep the temperature down, and to call if it hit over 100 for longer than an hour.
Did your MW specify milligrams? I have extra strength which is 500.
