Sun: Spaghetti Carbonara with Spinach Salad Mon: Corned Beef & Cabbage with potatoes and carrots Tues - Thurs: no idea. I'm traveling so H and C are on their own Fri: I'll either pick something up to cook on my way home from dropping off the car or we'll hit a VFW Hall fish fry

Our week is going to be crazy, so I will probably end up with a lot of salads from Subway, but the plan is Tomorrow: DH and DD go to ILs for corned beef etc., I'm going to workout and maybe get a salad. Tuesday: Chicken Stir Fry Wednesday: Plan is Paleo Chilli, might be another salad. DH not home until really late Thursday: Plan is Paleo Chicken Soup for DD and DH. I have parent-teacher conferences until 8. Friday: Out Saturday: ?

Tonight- we had a breakfast cassarole and biscuits Monday- we are supposed to have tilapia, rice, and cream corn but I forgot to buy tilapia at the store yesterday so I'm trying to decide if I want to goget some after work or make chicken tacos and spanish rice instead. Tuesday- chicken fried rice and egg rolls Wednesday- quesadillas or leftovers Thursday- leftovers Friday- probably dinner at my mom's house
