DD2 loves The Lorax. She loves to get up and dance to the songs. At that age DD1 liked Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and, if I remember correctly, DS1 like Thomas the Tank Engine videos.
You've hit on all the ones DS loved when he was that age. DD likes watching Brave-- I know it's a little scary, but my kids love the darn bear. They roar every time he's on the screen and DS runs around in an Irish accent saying "mend the bond, torn by pride."
You might look at "A Bug's Life" or "Bolt." DS did love those for a while.
The Toy Story franchise was huge with DS2 for years, so I would vote for Toy Story 2 or 3. My kids also liked Madagascar.
Beyond that, a lot of the Disney movies seemed to upset them (abandonment themes, villains or scary parts, etc.) until they were a little older. I suspect the Muppet Movie or something like that would have been less scary/upsetting to them.
Thanks for posting this Brie. Between the stomach flu and being snowed in, we've watched Finding Nemo like 8 times in the last 2 weeks. DH was like "we need some new kid's movies." So this is perfect!
DD2 is surprisingly into the Wizard of Oz. She loves that little Toto. On the dog note, she is also obsessed with Space Buddies, Santa Buddies, or any of the other series of movies with lots of cute puppies and dogs. The other ones popular with my kids at the 2/3 range have been Cars and Mary Poppins. Frozen is huge at our house right now!

I was amazed how much my boys loved Rio. DS2 just turned 3 and last summer it was his favorite thing to watch on long car trips. I think the combination of the bright colors and animals had him mesmerized. Rio2 is coming out soon, so this could get him excited for that movie
