blah blah everybody's different blah blah. Just curious when you started gaining weight, or if there's a "normal" time to start. I know "a lot of women don't gain in first tri," but just curious what the trend is.
I gained five pounds immediately (bagel weight haha); I was up 10 pounds at 20 weeks. My weight seems to be ballooning just in the past few days, so maybe the huge bump is coming?

immediately... I had lost 10 and I think I'm back up about 8... this is gonna be a loooong pregnancy
ETA - I also didn't have any vomiting - just a bit of nausea. I've been TRYING not to eat all the foods, and I've been better than I was in my first pregnancy by FAR, but ice cream at 8pm is still calling my name...
Um, the day we had the IUI? lol, I mean the first IUI…lol.
Honestly, immediately. But I stopped all exercise for my 3rd IUI and I had a lot of m/s my first tri so I ate what helped and then kept eaten that way after the m/s passed.
I have gained 56lbs so far so there's that…I will easily be at 60+ by the time LO arrives.
Well, considering I found out I was pregnant a few days before Christmas, I would say immediately, and it's been steady since then. I was up 9 pounds at my 16-week appointment. I have not really been sick and have needed to eat regularly to keep from getting queasy, so I partly blame it on that. Now that I'm out of first tri I'm trying to up my activity level to try to counteract the eating a little.
I started keeping track of my weight in my phone at 22w. I was up 11 pounds at that point and have gained on average a half pound per week since then. So, I guess technically that means I've gained a 0.5 lb/wk over my entire pregnancy.
I gained 1.5 lbs. all of first trimester this time around (can't remember last time). I've gained about 10 lbs. total so far as of my last appointment at 18 weeks.
I gained 40 total with DD and at least half of that was in the third trimester.
I hadn't gained anything at 16 weeks (lost 5 pounds in the first tri and slowly re-gained it in the early second tri). My biggest weight increase was between weeks 24-28, where I gained almost 10 pounds! Now I'm hoping things will slow down a bit.
Since seeing my OB I've been gaining 4 lbs between visits, so averaging 1 lb per week. At my 21 week checkup I'd gained a total of 12 lbs. The nurse said it's a good rate, so I'm taking her words for it.

At 16 weeks I had gained about 2 lbs. I'm sure at my 20 weeks appointment that will be different, my body feels like it is growing so quickly right now.

I lost 10 pounds after getting my BFP. As of my appt. yesterday I'm up 4 pounds over pre-pregnancy and 14 pounds counting what I lost. It's all come recently for me ( after 28 weeks) and I feel like I've been exploding as of lately.
ETA- No ticker but I'm 31+1. I think I put the wrong thing in a post yesterday too. Pregnancy brain strikes again.
Last time, and this time, I didn't start gaining until 20 weeks. This time I gained one pound, but seem to have lost it. I gained 30 pounds total last time.
I gained 3 lbs in the first tri, and then really packed it on in weeks 20-30 or so. My weight gain has slowed quite a bit, but overall up about 40lbs at 34 weeks.
Ha I gained right away. Umm goodbye clean eating and hello carb loving. All I could keep down was carbs in my first trimester. Now that I'm feeling good in my second trimester I'm trying to get back to my clean eating.
I am 16w and my net weight gain since before my BFP is 0. I am overweight and could stand to lose like 60+lbs pre-pg so this is good for me so far. I weighed myself clothed yesterday morning and was the same weight I was at the day after my BFP not clothed. However, this isn't the lightest I've been since getting pregnant. I was 5lbs lighter after a virus when I was 10/11 weeks, but that was very unpleasant.
Green sweater was 5w Grey and black was 8w Pink is today at 16w
I'm not sure exactly when I started, but I was up 4-5 pounds at the end of first tri. I was too sick to exercise and an empty stomach = sick, so I snacked constantly on crackers and bread for 8 weeks straight. Then I had a huge gain over the next six weeks, and as of right now I've gained 20. I really hope I'll be slowing down sometime soon.
I didn't gain anything until 16 weeks, and then between 16-20 weeks, aka between thanksgiving and Christmas, boom, 10 pounds. But usually I would gain 5 pounds when not pregnant around Christmas so I called it a win, lol.
Thankfully the weight gain has slowed since then...

I lost two pounds between my first (10 weeks) and second (13 weeks) appointments. According to the scale I have at home, I am maintaining at that weight. I have my next appointment (17 weeks) next Tuesday, so I guess we'll see what the "official" reading is.
I gained from the start and so I'm up a little more than 25 pounds at 30 weeks. I feel like I'm plateauing a little now. I hope to not go over 40# by the end, but I'm just so hungry and have no willpower when it comes to crap carbs.
I really don't gain weight when pregnant. It is a genetic thing, my sister and mother didn't either. With my first 3 pregnancies, I gained slowly and ended at about 9 ponds of weight gain total. That was usually in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
This time I am down 1 pound as of my last appointment at 21 weeks. I was down 2 and a half pounds but gained back a little.
I've been up and down throughout this pregnancy. I didn't start gaining until 19 (?) weeks I think. I had no m/s or vomiting but lost weight my entire 1st tri and some of my 2nd. I feel like my weight gain has come in two big growth spurts rather than gradually, I've had two months of almost 12 lb gains (one of those has been these last 4 weeks and the other over Christmas). I am up a total of 29 lbs at 37 weeks and fully expect to gain more the next few weeks.
I think I was up 15 lbs in 1st tri but that included a vacation, lots of work overnight trips (= lots of room service since I was so tired), thanksgiving, and Christmas. Also, no m/s. I'm almost out of 2nd tri and and am up another 10 lbs.
I was down 5lbs from the day I poas at my 7 week intake appt.
Gained 3lbs back by my first OB appt at 10 weeks, which is what my OB seems to be using as my baseline weight.
I'm currently up 8-9lbs from my baseline at 20 weeks. I seem to be gaining in 2lb increments whenever there's a shift in the scale.
Last pregnancy I gained 13 pounds during 1st tri, and basically continued to gain an average of a pound a week until I got diagnosed with GD at 26 weeks.
