Changes in hormones can change your bowel movements. As long as you are staying hydrated and there is no increase in frequency I would not worry too much. Mine changes all the time, I have days of loose stools followed by weeks of constipation.

So basically you're peeing out of your butt? Sorry, I'm in the medical field and talk about poo on the regular. If it goes on more than a week without getting better, I'd go see your OB or PCP for a checkup. It can dehydrate you (even if you think you're well-hydrated). Drink some Gatorade to make sure you're getting your electrolytes and see if it helps. Eat more protein (cheese, peanut butter, meat) and see if that helps. Also eat more carbs/breads to help.
But like I said if it's been a week or more, go see your doc.

Yes.
Ok - a week is a good marker.
I'm going with good hydration based on color/frequency of pee. Is that a good one to go by?
I'd go on the BRAT diet and see if that helps. Actually I just get some old fashion donuts and do a simple carb day or two and that usually rectifies it. You should probably cut way back on fiberous things.

You poor thing. Hydration is good if your pee is super light yellow or clear, regardless of how often you go (you can go a lot and still be dehydrated). I'd still be drinking Gatorade as a precaution, though. And I ditto ringstrue, BRAT diet is a good one, too. Bananas, bread, rice, apples, tea, toast.
